Question by : How do I get rip of a tension headache?
I have had OCD for a year and a half. I get images in my mind of ugly cartoon like faces. They get on my nerves. I feel like I have to strain my head to concentrate on what I’m doing. Straining my head is the only way I can block out the images and focus. How do I stop straining my head to get rid of the images?

That must be a nightmare!

Sorry, but there’s nothing any of us can do. Please go to a doctor and get help to get you away from those awful images and quit straining your head.
