I absolutely love sports and they are one of my favorite things to do… but I always fall behind from everyone else because of my stamina. its really bad I can barely run like 2 miles without stopping. I don’t like running at all. I’ve tried to do a whole bunch of strength training and stuff like that to make up for my crappy stamina, but it hasn’t worked is there any way to do aerobic exercise without having to run?

Answer by Declan Cronin Try doing some mountain climber drills, they are kind of like running and get you a good workout, they should help with stamina.

Answer by middnight_starr Diets do not build muscle…..You have to exercise to get the flat defined abs…If you have flab on your tummy, you will not be able to see the muscle, no matter how much you exercise!
